Harsimran Singh Sethi, J

Present application has been filed to place on record reply filed on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 4.

Copy of the reply has already been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Application is allowed and reply filed on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 4 is taken on record.

Main Case

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that in respect of the impugned order, he will approach the appropriate authority under the Cooperative Societies Act, 1961 for the redressal of his grievances in respect of the Resolutions, which have been passed by the Cooperative Societies, withholding the benefits of the petitioner. He prays that the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that direction be given to the authorities to decide his claim in a time bound manner.

Petitioner is yet to approach the authorities and every authority is presumed to perform their part of duty as required under law, therefore, as and when the petitioner will approach, the competent authority will pass appropriate orders on the claim as being raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition expeditiously and in accordance with law.
