Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to say that the petitioner would be satisfied in case he is permitted to represent to respondent No.3-Society for consideration of his request/representation within ten days and respondent No.3-Society is directed to consider and decide the said representation in the light of its decisions taken with respect to other similarly situated persons within a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for respondent No.3-Society submits that all issues were also raised before learned Mediator during the pendency of present petition, however, the Secretary of respondent No.3-Society had submitted that maximum 30% deduction of loan amount could be made in the case of petitioner.

Be that as it may, in view of submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition is disposed of in terms of his prayer made here-in-above with liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent No.3-Society on or before 5th October, 2020 and such representation, if any, preferred, shall be decided by respondent No.3-Society on or before 30th October, 2020.

The present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms, so also pending application(s), if any.
