Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to accept the petitioners claim for payment of the entire due as on 31.10.2009 with interest at the rate of 6% per annum as per the judgment of this Court reported in 2010-1 Law Weekly 499 and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner now states that the petitioner''s representation dated 11.2.2010 may be directed to be considered.

The grievance of the petitioner has been addressed by way of representation dated 11.2.2010 for the above stated relief. The petitioner pleads for settlement of due on payment of lesser interest based on the decision of this Court in The Nasiyanur Co.operative Housing Society Limited Vs. Mrs. V. Kolandayammal, The Registrar of Cooperative Societies, The Cooperative Housing Arbitrator, The Nasiyanur Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. and The Principal District Judge, .

Considering the above submission and the nature of relief sought for, the third respondent is directed to consider and dispose off the representation dated 11.2.2010 on merits and in accordance with law in terms of the decision of this Court in The Nasiyanur Co.operative Housing Society Limited Vs. Mrs. V. Kolandayammal, The Registrar of Cooperative Societies, The Cooperative Housing Arbitrator, The Nasiyanur Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. and The Principal District Judge, as may be applicable on or before 30.4.2010. The Writ Petition stands disposed off accordingly.
