Judgment
Heard Sri K. Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. M. Neelima, learned counsel representing Sri G. Krishna Murthy, learned counsel for the respondent.
This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.902 of 2017 in O.S.No.324 of 2010, dated 11.09.2017, on the file of the Court of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District.
The suit in O.S.No.324 of 2010 was filed by one Meka Anantha Lakshmi Parvathi. For appointing Meka Ramakrishna Paramahamsa as next friend in terms of Order XXXII Rule 15 read with Section 151 of the C.P.C., I.A.No.902 of 2017 was filed. The said application was allowed by the learned I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Rajamahendravaram. Questioning the same, the defendant in the suit filed the present Civil Revision Petition.
It is brought to the notice of the Court that the Plaintiff, Meka Anantha Lakshmi Parvathi, passed away. Therefore, no cause survives in the present Civil Revision Petition.
Considering the representation of both the learned counsel, the Civil Revision Petition is closed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. .
Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
