Judgment
The CP(C) having been taken up on 06 th October, 2021 through video conferencing, this Tribunal delivered the following order on the same day:

P.Madhavan, Judicial Member Learned counsel for the petitioner is present and submits that the matter is substantially complied with and the petitioner is not pressing the C.P further. Hence, the CP(C) is closed. Notice discharged. The applicant has liberty to file another case if any of the reliefs are not properly complied with.
