Justice L. Narasimha Reddy:
It is reported that the respondents filed a Writ Petition, challenging the order dated 24.07.2019 in OA No. 4302/2015 and the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi has stayed the operation of the same.

In view of this development, the Contempt Case is closed. It is left open to the parties to pursue the remedies, depending upon the outcome of the Writ Petition.
Pending MA No.638/2021 shall stand disposed of.
