Ld. Counsel for the IRP represents that this Application has been filed seeking for direction as against the Respondents i.e. Andhra Bank & 8 Others, however, the cause title does not specify the 8 others sought to be impleaded as Respondents.

Ld. Counsel for the IRP represents that the same has been mentioned in the long cause title. Let the same be reflected in the array of parties as well and the IRP is directed to amend the cause title portion of the Application disclosing along with addresses of the Respondents since only the details of the 1st Respondent alone are fully given in the cause title portion. For this purpose the IRP is directed to file an amended cause title within one week from today. Post this matter on 18.08.2020.
