ORDER
Ld. Counsel Mr. P. B. A. Srinivasan appeared on behalf of the State Bank of India along with Mr. Ankur Mittal Advocate and stated that the Bank has written many e-mails to the Resolution Professional from November 2022 to take steps on priority in the matter, in view of the issue pending before the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
He also stated that the RP is not showing any positive response to that and the Bank will take call on the issue.
At the request of the Ld. Counsels, list the matter on 19.09.2023 for a physical hearing.
Copy of this order be sent to IBBI.
