This application is filed for substitution of the resolution professional. Resolution of the meeting of Committee of Creditors is placed on record for the said substitution. Also placed on record is the consent of the incoming Resolution Professional. Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed that the CIRP costs and professional charges of the outgoing Resolution Professional have already been paid.
The outgoing Resolution Professional is directed to hand over all the information and documents, if any, in his possession to the incoming Resolution Professional. The incoming Resolution Professional shall follow the directions already given for submission of the progress reports regularly.
With these directions the application is allowed.
