ORDER
It has been jointly submitted by the Counsel that the matter has been settled and they have already filed an IA and removed the objections raised by the Registry in the said IA bearing Diary No. 2709138/06286/2023 on 20.07.2023. The same is said to be under scrutiny before the Registry. Counsel for the OC submits that all the terms of the MOU have been complied with and that the OC has received an amount of Rs.1 Cr. as full and final settlement as evidenced by a copy of the DD placed on Pg. 5 of the said MOU. The same is taken on record.
Accordingly, the said application is disposed of as withdrawn.
