Judgment

Heard the parties.
Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Thakurgangti P.S. Case No. 67 of 2023 for the offence registered under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Kishore Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda.
During the intervening night of 09 / 10.12.2023, motorcycle of the Informant which was parked out his work place, was stolen away by unknown person. During the course of investigation, stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about five months. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Munna Kumr Sah has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 2751 of 2024 and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Kishore Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Godda in connection with Thakurgangti P.S. Case No. 67 of 2023.
