ORDER
Adv. Ashish Pyasi, appeared for the CD.
There is no representation from OC. It is seen from the records that the OC has not been appearing on earlier occasions, on 11.11.2022, 16.12.2022, 15.02.2023, 11.04.2023, 10.05.2023 and 17.07.2023.
The counsel for the CD submits that the claim of OC is in respect of certain invoices starting from 01.04.2016 to 19.04.2016 and he vehemently argued that the claim is barred by limitation.
In view of the above and on the basis of the conduct of OC not pursuing the matter, it is clearly inferred that the OC is not interested in the above Application. Hence, we have no other option but to dismiss this Application.
Dismissed for default.
