Shri D.S.Raghuvanshi regrets and submits that because of typing error, the respondent No.3 is mentioned as District Education Officer, Shivpuri whereas it should have been "Bhind". He is permitted to correct the said mistake during the course of the day. He is also heard on admission.
The petitioner is transferred from Bagiyapura to Jakhmoli within the same block. It is challenged on various grounds including the ground that if petitioner is transferred out, the statutory pupil-teacher ratio will be disturbed.
Considering the aforesaid, I deem it proper to dispose of this petition with the direction to the petitioner to resubmit Annerxure P-4 before respondent No.3 along with copy of this oder. The respondent No.3 shall examine the same and if contention of the petitioner is found to be correct that his transfer will result into disturbing the said ratio, there shall be a stay on the transfer till decision of the representation. The respondents will decide the representation expeditiously.
Registry is directed to provide certified copy only if the petitioner has corrected the said error.
With the aforesaid direction, the petition stands disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. Certified copy as per rules.
