Judgment
V.K. Sharma, J.—The Petitioner, a Head Teacher, is aggrieved by order of transfer dated 29.11.2010, Annexure P-1, whereby he has been transferred from Government Primary School, Pashmi (Shillai) II to Government Primary School, Dhakoli (Shillai) against Respondent No. 4. It is submitted on behalf of Respondents No. 1 to 3 that Respondent No. 4 is a physically challenged person to the extent of 70%. It is further submitted that the transferred station is at a short distance of two kilometers from the present place of posting of the Petitioner. However, according to the Petitioner, he has been transferred despite short stay.
Against above backdrop, the petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No. 2 that subject to the making a representation along with a copy of this judgment to the said Respondent within ten days from today, the same shall be considered within next fortnight by exploring the possibility of adjusting the Petitioner at a place of his choice subject to availability of such vacancy. Interim stay to continue till then.
In view of the above, the petition is disposed of so also pending CMP(s), if any.
