Counsel for both the sides are present. This Authority by an order dated 13.12.2019 in CP (IB) No. 165/9/AMR/2019 against the same Corporate Debtor (CD) has admitted petition and ordered initiation of CIRP of the Respondent. No further order for CIRP need be passed in the Present case.
The Petitioner is directed to approach the IRP, under Regulation 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016, appointed by this Tribunal in CP (IB) No. 165/9/AMR/2019, for necessary action in the matter. The CP is accordingly disposed of.
