ORDER
Counsel for both the sides are present. This Bench by order 12.02.2020 has admitted TCP No. 111/9/AMR/TP/2019 directing initiation of CIRP of the Respondent Company. No further orders need be passed in the present case. The Petitioner is directed to approach the IRP under Regulation of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations 2016 appointed by this Tribunal in TCP (IB) No. 111/9/AMR/TP/2019 for satisfaction of its claims. The Company Petition is accordingly disposed of.
