Narendra Nath Tiwari, J.—The grievance of the Petitioner is that though she was selected by the District Level committee for the post of Para Teacher in Upgraded Primary School, Karma, District Palamau, she is not appointed till date.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Respondents, opposing the writ petition. It has been submitted that the Petitioner was not properly selected by Village Level Committee as well as Block Level Committee.

I have heard learned Counsel for the parties. The claim of the Petitioner is that she was selected by District Level Committee, whereas, the Respondents have stated that she was not selected by Village Level Committee and Block Level Committee.

In view of the said rival contentions, it is desirable that the Deputy Commissioner, Daltonganj, Palamau decides the claim of the Petitioner finally.

Considering the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the Deputy Commissioner, Daltonganj, Palamau Respondent No. 3 to decide the claim after giving opportunity of representation/hearing to the Petitioner as well as Respondent No. 7 and pass appropriate order, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
