Judgment
Mr. Yashwardhan Chauhan, learned counsel for respondent No.3, points out that the petitioner has not complied with the instructions, circulated vide communication dated 5.5.2017, copy of which is taken on record.
The only best way, present petition can be disposed of, is with a direction to the petitioner to forthwith complete all formalities, including the ones circulated vide communication dated 5.5.2017. Upon receipt thereof, the respondent No.2 (Principal Secretary (Revenue) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh) shall process and forward the case of the petitioner to the State of Rajasthan, positively within a period of four weeks. Ordered accordingly.
At this stage, Shri Yashwardhan Chauhan, Advocate, states that upon receipt of the file, complete in all respects, respondent No.3 shall process and decide the applications, in accordance with law, within a period of two months. With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed of, so also pending application(s), if any.
