The petitioner, who is TGT (Arts), working in Government Senior Secondary School Banethi, District Sirmour, and is under transfer to Government
Middle School Thonta u/c Government Senior Secondary School, Nohradhar, District Sirmour, has come up before this Court, seeking quashing of the
impugned order of transfer dated 5th March, 2021 (Annexure P-2).
Notice. Mr. Yudhvir Singh Thakur, Deputy Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3-State.
The nature of order, we propose to pass in the present petition, requires no response.
Consequently, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation to the respondents No.1 to 3/competent authority
within a week, in accordance with the transfer policy. On receipt of such representation, the said respondents No.1 to 3/competent authority shall
decide the same in the light of the transfer policy occupying the field, within two weeks thereafter.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
