Ninala Jayasurya, J

1.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent-State. Notice to the 2nd respondent is deemed not necessary as the matter is disposed of, without going into merits of the case.

2.

The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the Criminal proceedings in C.C.No.392 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Yemmiganur, Kurnool District.

3.

The petitioners are Accused Nos.2 to 6 in the said Calendar Case. Though the learned counsel for the petitioners raised several grounds seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.392 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Yemmiganur, Kurnool District, at the time of making his submissions, confined his arguments to the relief of dispensing with the presence of the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 6 before the Trial Court.

4.

Considering the submissions made and perusing the material on record, this Court is inclined to consider the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners for dispensing with the presence of the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 6 before the Trial Court.

5.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of by dispensing with the appearance of the petitioners/A.2 to A.6 before the Trial Court, except on the dates, when it is necessary.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications if any, pending shall stand closed.
