Judgment

This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.
It is submitted by Mr. Behera, learned counsel for the Petitioner, pursuant to order dated 18th October, 2022, the Power of Attorney (POA) of the Petitioner appeared before the Licensing Officer-cum-Divisional Forest Officer, Angul Forest Division, Angul (OP No.5) on 9th November, 2022. Mr. Mishra, learned ASC strongly objects to the above and submits that the same cannot be treated as compliance of direction of this Court dated 18th October, 2022.
2.1 In fact, this Court has directed the Petitioner, i.e., Anjan Ghose, the Proprietor of the Petitioner Mill to appear before the Opposite Party No.5 on 9th November, 2022. Thus, the appearance of POA cannot be treated to be compliance of this Court’s order dated 18th October, 2022.
However, taking a lenient view, this Court grants further opportunity to the Petitioner to comply with order dated 18th October, 2022. Petitioner shall appear before Licensing Officer-cum-Divisional Forest Officer, Angul Forest Division, Angul (OP No.5) on 16th December, 2022 and participate in the proceeding.
Put up this matter on 12th January, 2023 on which date parties shall apprise the Court about the developments made in the meantime.
As requested, a copy of this order shall be made over to Mr.Mishra, learned ASC for communication and compliance.
Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
