[1] Heard Mr.Alik Das, learned counsel for the petitioner.

[2] Mr.S.Debnath, learned Addl. PP submits that Sri P.Gautam, appointed advocate of the insurance company could not appear on personal ground.

[3] Present petition has been filed by the petitioner namely Urmila Debbarma for withdrawal of the amount invested in Fixed Deposit certificates in her name pursuant to court's order.

[4] It appears from the record that an amount of Rs.33,500/- was invested in FD in her name in Uco Bank, Agartala Branch by this Registry in terms of the order dated 28.08.2014 passed by this court in MAC App. 102 of 2008 along with MAC App. 103 of 2008. The said FD has by this time matured. Another amount of Rs.94,479/- was invested in her name in FD in UCO Bank, District Court branch by MAC Tribunal (1), Agartala on 06.02.2015 in terms of order dated 12.11.2007 in TS(MAC) 257 of 2005. Since both the Fixed deposits have matured, her petition for withdraw of the said amount is allowed.

[5] Accordingly, the Registry as well as MACT(1) will disburse the respective amount outstanding in her fixed deposits by transferring the same to her account.

The petitioner will furnish her bank details to the Registry as well as to MACT (1) West Tripura, Agartala for this purpose.

[6] The petition is disposed of accordingly.
