This is an application for extension of time for compliance of the Judgment and Order dated 22.03.2024, passed in WP(C) No. 464 of 2022.

Dr. N. Mozika, learned DSGI assisted by Ms. A. Pradhan, learned counsel for the applicants/respondents submits that the age of the petitioner has since been relaxed as per the directions contained in the order dated 22.03.2024, and what remains is only for final reconsideration with regard to the petitioner’s remusteration. He further submits that as the process is still taking some time, he prays that he may be allowed 4(four) months’ further time to complete the same.

Dr. P. Agarwal, learned counsel for opposite party/writ petitioner has vehemently opposed to the prayer of the respondents, and submits that enough time has been allowed, and that respondents have come belatedly with the application.

Considering the submissions and notwithstanding the objections of the opposite party/writ petitioner, the respondents are granted 2(two) months’ further time from today, to complete the entire exercise.

With the above directions, this matter stands closed and is accordingly disposed of.
