In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, delay of 355 days in filing the Review Application is condoned. MA stands disposed off.

Vide this application, the applicant who are respondents in the main OA seeks review/modification of the order dated 12.09.2019 vide which the applicant was granted Constant Attendant Allowance.
On behalf of respondent, Lt Col Rameshwar Lal (applicant in the main OA) Mr, V.S. Kadian, Advocate has appeared and submits that he has no objection to allowing of the application and the order whereby the applicant was granted Constant Attendant Allowance be deleted.
In view of the averments made in the application coupled with the concession given at bar by counsel for the applicant, the order dated 12,09.2019 is modified to the extent that the applicant is not entitled for Constant Attendant Allowance. The remaining part of the order remains as it is.
Counsel for the respondent/applicant submits that despite the fact that the order was passed on 12.09.2019, till date, the applicant has not been paid the disability element of pension which be paid along with the interest as per the order. Respondents to comply with the order within six weeks.
RA stands disposed off.
