Vide this application, respondents seeks condonation of delay of 33 days in filing the present review application
In view of the reasons given in the application, delay in filing review application is condoned. Same is taken on the record MA stands disposed off

Vide this application, the applicant seeks review of the order dated 17.08.2018 in OA 784/2016 to the effect that service element of disability pension
be also granted to him.
2 The application has been contested by the respondents by filing their reply.
3 We have heard learned counsel for the parties and have perused the record. Record reveals that by way of this OA, the applicant claims disability
pension and service element of disability pension. Vide detailed order dated 17 8 2018, the applicant was granted disability element of disability pension
for a specified period, however, after detailed discussion, it was observed tnat he was not entitled for service element of disability pension.
We do not find any ground much less any valid ground for review of the order. Moreover, there is no error apparent on the face of the record
which warrants review of the order.
That being so, the application is devoid of merits and is accordingly dismissed.
