Judgment
It has been stated that the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India by an order dated October 6, 2021 in I. A. No. 63652 of 2021 in Civil Appeal No. 13301 of 2015 Subrata Bhattacharya vs. SEBI & Ors. have stayed further proceedings of the appeals before us. In view of the aforesaid, the matter is adjourned and would be listed for further orders after three months.
List this appeal on February 4, 2022.
Parties will take instructions from the Registrar 48 hrs. before the date fixed in order to find out as to whether the appeal would be heard through video conference or through physical hearing.
The present matter was heard through video conference due to Covid-19 pandemic.
