Judgment
Utkarsh Thakorbhai, J
Heard learned advocate for the applicants who has taken the Court through the revenue proceedings as well as the orders passed by the revenue authorities at regular intervals.
Learned advocate for the applicants, under instructions, states that the applicants are ready and willing to join the investigation, and will appear before the investigating officer on 30.11.2025.
Heard learned APP on behalf of respondent-State who has submitted that the applicants have taken disadvantage of the measurement of the land which was reorganised and thus has sold off the land which actually belong to the original complainant. Considering the dispute in question, this Court of the opinion that, the applicants shall make themselves available before the Investigating Officer for the purpose of interrogation with all the relevant documents in their possession.
In case, the Investigating Officer needs to arrest the applicants, notice of 7 days shall be given to the applicants prior to such arrest. The applicants shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer.
In view of the above, the present application stands disposed of.
