There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

Learned counsel representing the State of Bihar and learned counsel

for the Magadh University are present.

This application has been filed seeking direction to

the respondents to include the name of Soghra College of

Education, Biharsharif, Nalanda (respondent No. 6) in the list

prepared by the State Government. They also seek a direction,

restraining the respondents from acting on the list already prepared

by the State Government in which the name of the said institution is

not there. The petitioners have described themselves as citizen of

India, residing within the jurisdiction of this Court.

There is nothing mentioned in the writ application as

to how they are concerned with the inclusion of the said college in

the list prepared by the State Government. The governing body of

the said college appears to have not approached this Court for the

said relief.

In my view, the petitioners have no locus standi to

maintain this application.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
