Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In this case, the parties were present before the learned Coordinate Bench of this Court on 27.06.2022 and the Bench recorded that both the parties also made a statement that in view of the settlement, they want to close the matter.
Learned AGA was directed to seek instructions regarding the nature of the injury.
Ms. Manisha Rana would submit that she has received written instructions from the Investigating Officer of the case that at present the petitioners are not being investigated for the alleged offence as the Investigating Officer of the case has found that they are not involved in this case. That being the case, we are of the opinion that this application should be allowed.
In that view of the matter, the writ application is allowed on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. Accordingly, the FIR No. 118 of 2022, dated 19.06.2022, registered at PS Pantnagar, District Udham Singh Nagar, under Sections 323, 504 and 506 IPC is quashed as per the compromise.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
