This is an application for withdrawal of Insolvency Application. It has been submitted in the application that during the pendency of the present petition, the Operational Creditor and the Corporate Debtor entered into a settlement agreement on 04.03.2022 and in pursuance of the full and final settlement of all the disputes between the parties, the Corporate Debtor has paid a lump-sum of Rs. 17,95,581/- to the Operational Creditor.
Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Petitioner/ Operational Creditor seeking withdrawal of the CP No. 137/9/JPR/2019 in terms of settlement accepted by both the parties.
CP No. 137/9/JPR/2019 is dismissed as withdrawn and IA No. 148/JPR/2022 stands disposed of accordingly.
