Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:

(i) That the impugned orders dated 30.9.2010 contained in Annexure P-11 and order dated 29.9.2010 contained in Annexure P-12 may kindly be quashed and set aside after issuing the writ of certiorari.

(ii) That the Respondents may further be directed to convert or treat the ex-post facto sanction of leave without pay (without break in service) as earned leave by issuing the writ of mandamus.

(iii) That the Respondents may be directed to release the salary of the period of 49 days to the Petitioner by issuing writ of mandamus.

2.

It is seen that the application of the Petitioner for sanction ex-post facto of leave is pending before the District Ayurdeda Officer, the third Respondent. There will be a direction to the third Respondent to take appropriate action in accordance with law and justice on Annexure P-13 within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition. Depending on the action thus taken on Annexure P-13 by the third Respondent, appropriate further orders in the matter of regularization of leave and grant of increment shall also be passed by the second Respondent within another one month.

3.

The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
