Judgment
Ambuj Nath, J
Heard the parties.
Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mango P.S. Case No. 215 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 27, 25 (1B) a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri U.I. Jain, learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur.
On 26.07.2023, one unknown person had fired on the window of the Informant and damaged the window pane. Informant on further inquiry, came to know that it was the petitioner who had fired upon her window. Subsequently, petitioner was apprehended and, on his confession, one country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from his possession.
It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2023
Considering the aforesaid facts, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri U.I. Jain, learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur in connection with Mango P.S. Case No. 215 of 2023.
