The petitioner/A1, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 354(A), 294(b), 323,506(i) of IPC in Crime No.116 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and tried to misbehave with her and also abused her in filthy language and threatened with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.
Heard both sides and perused the materials available on the First Information Report.
4.This is the second application for anticipatory bail and the earlier application for anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court on 19.04.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7181 of 2023 and there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present anticipatory bail petition even after dismissal of the petition, hence this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
In view of the same, the petition stands dismissed.
