ORDER
MA 262/2020 In C.P. (IB) 4735/MB/2018 This is an application filed under Section 22 by the COC for replacing the present Interim Resolution Professional Mr. Sunil Khanolkar, with Mr. Arihant Nainawati as Resolution Professional of the corporate debtor on the strength of the resolution passed by the COC with 100% majority in the meeting held on 19.11.2019.
On Hearing the counsel for the applicant and on going through the Application, this Bench is of the view that the application is in terms of section 22 of IBC and allows the same.
Accordingly, Mr. Arihant Nainawati, bearing Reg No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00456/2017-18/0799, having address at 513, Mastermind-1, Royal Palm Estate, Aarey Colony, Goregaon, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400065 is appointed as Resolution Professional of the corporate debtor. The IRP is directed to handover the charge to the Resolution Professional appointed herein.
