Judgment
Hemant Gupta, J.—Mr. Bansal does not dispute the marriage of Tilak Raj with Gurmeet Kaur and states that the Respondents No. 3 to 6 are not interfering in the matrimonial life of the Petitioner with Gurmeet Kaur. Respondents No. 3 to 6 are the relations of the first husband of Gurmeet Kaur i.e. Ram Lal who died on 30th July, 2004. Gurmeet Kaur has two sons from her first marriage.
A perusal of the pleadings on record shows that there was dispute regarding property falling to the share of the minors but the same is purportedly settled. The question whether there is any civil dispute in respect of right to property cannot be examined in the present contempt proceedings. Suffice it to say that in terms of the directions of this Court dated 5.3.2010 (Annexure P-5), the Superintendent of Police shall ensure that on account of marriage of the Petitioner with Gurmeet Kaur, the life and liberty of the Petitioner is not put in danger.
Contempt petition stands disposed of accordingly.
