Judgment

Heard Mr. P. Tamphamani, learned counsel appearing for the applicant; Ms. Tejpriya, learned counsel appearing for the respondents No. 1 and 2 and Mr. Riyanandan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents No. 3 and 4.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that in connection with the CRP(CRP Art. 227) No. 28 of 2022, this court passed an order dated 17-06-2022 for maintaining status-quo of the disputed land. It has also been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that during the pendency of the present revision petition, the son of the present applicant namely, Thounaojam Primtamjit Singh, is going to be married and for such marriage, arrangements like light fitting, decoration and other mandatory arrangements for performing the ritual ceremony of marriage of the son of the applicant during the period from 19-02-2024 to 25-02-2024 are required. Accordingly, a prayer has been made on behalf of the applicant for allowing the applicant and his family members to make the aforesaid arrangements of his son during the period from 19-02-2024 to 25-02-2024.
Ms. Tejpriya, learned counsel as well as Mr. Riyanandan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that they have no objection in allowing the present application subject to the condition that the applicant should restore the present condition of the disputed land after the said marriage ceremony in terms of the earlier status-quo order passed by this court.
Recording the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties, the present applicant is disposed of by allowing the applicant to make necessary arrangements mentioned hereinabove for the marriage ceremony of his son during the period from 19-02-2024 to 25-02-2024. It is also made clear that the applicant should restore the condition of the land as on today after the marriage ceremony of his son in terms of the earlier status-quo order passed by this court.
With the aforesaid direction, the present application is disposed of.
