Judgment

Heard Mr. Ajoy Pebam, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. K. Satyajeet, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1 & 2. None appeared for respondent No. 3.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that in the connected Revision Petition filed by the applicant, this Court passed an interim order dated 17-06-2022 to maintain the status quo of the said land in dispute. It has also been submitted that during the pendency of the present revision petition, the grandson of the present applicant is going to be married and for such marriage, necessary arrangement like light fittings, decorations by using phijang and mandatory arrangement for performing the ritual ceremony of marriage of the said grandson, namely, Manoj Nongthombam during the period of 08-02-2024 to 16-02-2024 is required. The learned counsel, accordingly submitted that the present application has been filed for allowing the applicant to make the said necessary arrangement for the marriage ceremony of his grandson during the period from 08-02-2024 to 16-02-2024.
Mr. K. Satyajeet, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present application subject to the condition that the applicant should restore the present condition of the land in dispute after the said marriage ceremony in terms of the earlier status quo order passed by this Court.
Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the present application is disposed of by allowing the applicant to make necessary arrangement mentioned hereinabove for the marriage ceremony of his grandson during the period from 08-02-2024 to 16-02-2024. It is made clear that the applicant should restore the condition of land as on today after the marriage ceremony of his grand son in terms of the earlier status quo order passed by this Court.
With the aforesaid direction, the present application is disposed of.
