Heard Sri Imran Khan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the petitioners, Sri Bhukya Mangilal, learned Government Pleader for Endowments for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Sri Ch. Satish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.4.

This writ petition is filed seeking to grant permission to the petitioners to acquire the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.45.29 sq. yards comprising two mulgies/shops forming part of Premises No.19-3-947 pertaining to Sri Ramchanderji Temple (Ganga Das Mutt), Shamsheergunj, Hyderabad, for the public purpose of Hyderabad Airport Metro Limited, Phase-II, MGBS to Chandrayangutta, Corridor-VI while leaving the temple structure intact and subject to determination and payment of compensation to the Endowments Department/competent entitled authority in accordance with the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (For short 'the Act 30 of 2013').

Learned Additional Advocate General submits that this matter is squarely covered by the order passed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.10964 of 2022 dated 08.09.2022 and requested to pass appropriate orders.

Learned Government Pleader for Endowments, basing on the instructions, submits that the respondents have no objection in principle to the acquisition of the subject land provided the statutory provisions of the Act 30 of 2013 are strictly followed and he has not disputed with regard to disposal of W.P.No.10964 of 2022 dated 08.09.2022 by a Division Bench of this Court.

In view of the said submissions and in terms of the order passed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.10964 of 2022 dated 08.09.2022, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting permission to the petitioners for passing an award in terms of the provisions of the Act 30 of 2013 as amended by the State of Telangana by Act 21 of 2017. Petitioners shall ensure that due compensation in terms of the aforesaid Act is paid to the respondent No.4-Temple, which shall be deposited in the account of the respondent No.4-Temple. Thereafter, it would be open for the respondent No.4 to keep the said amount in an interest bearing Fixed Deposit. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
