ORDER
06.12.2023: Mr. Ramji Srinivasan, Sr. Advocate assisted by Mr. Shikhar Khare, Advocate appears for the appellant in Company Appeal (AT) No.121 of 2022 and is present in the Court.

From the perusal of the order dated 21.09.2023 it appears that all the three appeals were heard and judgement was reserved by the Bench consisting of Hon’ble Member (J) Mr. Justice Rakesh Kumar and Hon’ble Member (Technical), Dr. Alok Srivastava.
IA No.5561/2023 was filed in Company (AT)(AT) No.121/2022 and on the said IA, Hon’ble Chairperson vide its order dated 02.12.2023 directed to list the matter in Court No.2 on 06.12.2023.
All the three matter have been listed today. All the applications have filed under Rule 11 of NCLAT Rules, 2016 seeking appropriate directions for listing of the matters.
