ORDER
The notice to the RP has been received back duly served as it is evident from the track consignment report but despite notice, RP Mr. Hitesh Kothari has neither appeared nor has submitted his report. The counsel for the Petitioner states at bar that since the RP has failed to submit the report despite sufficient time afforded, therefore, he be replaced and Mr. Hemant Gupta be appointed. Accordingly, we discharge Mr. Hitesh Kothari from this case as RP and appoint Mr. Hemant J Mehta having IBBI Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00027/2016-2017/10060, email – [email protected] and address at D-613, Neelkanth Business Park, opposite Near Railway Station, Vidyavihar (West) Mumbai City, Maharashtra- 400086, as Resolution Professional to examine the Petition and file his report within a period of three weeks. List this matter for further hearing on 22.01.2025.
