The original petition is filed, to direct the Court of the Additional Subordinate Judge, Irinjalakuda, to consider and dispose of A.S.No.72/2018(Ext.P1) within a time frame.
Pursuant to the order dated 11.07.2022 passed by this Court, the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Irinjalakuda, by communication dated 19.07.2022, has informed this Court that the appeal stands posted for the Trial Court records. Thereafter, the appellant would have to deposit the balance court fee. The appeal can be disposed of within four months, after the receipt of the Trial Court records.

In the light of the pleadings and materials on record and after perusing the communication of the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, in exercise of the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court as under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, I direct the Court of the Additional Subordinate Judge, Irinjalakuda, to consider and dispose of the A.S.No.72/2018, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
The original petition is ordered accordingly.
