Considering the averments made in the petition and having heard learned advocates for the parties, this court would not enter into an inquiry of an inquisitorial nature in context of the prayers made in the petition. It will be in the fitness of things if the petitioner is left with the liberty to approach the competent authority in order to settle his grievances with regard to the grievances raised in this petition.
With the above observations, petition is accordingly disposed of. Needless to say that if the petitioner approaches the competent authority within two weeks from today, appropriate decision in accordance with
