Judgment
Ahanthem Bimol Singh, J
Heard Mr. Ch. Robinchandra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr. S. Suresh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 1 and Mrs. L. Monomala, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3.
When the matter is taken up today, the counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present writ petition may be closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authorities by filing a detailed representation for redressing his grievance raised in the present writ petition and that if the petitioner did not get any relief from the authorities, the petitioner may be given liberty to approach this court again to redress his grievance.
The counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection.
In view of the submission made above, the present writ petition is hereby closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authorities of the State Government by filing a detailed representation for redressing his grievance raised in the present writ petition.
Needless to mention here that if the petitioner is aggrieved by any order passed by the authorities in connection with the representation to be submitted by him, he is at liberty to approach this court again.
With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition is disposed of.
