Judgment
Ajay Mohan Goel, J
Notice. Mr. Balram Sharma, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India, Mr. Pushpinder Jaswal, learned Additional Advocate General, Mr. Y.W. Chauhan and Mr. K.B. Khajuria, learned counsel, accept notice on behalf of respondents No.1, respondents No. 2 and 3, respondents No. 4 to 6 and respondent No. 7, respectively.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the interest of justice this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to respondent No.3 with further direction to the said respondent to decide the representation in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
In view of the prayer so made by the petitioner, without adverting to the issues raised in the petition on merit, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before respondent No.3 and in the event of any such representation being filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, then respondent No.3 after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, shall decide the same within a period of eight weeks.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stands disposed of.
