Judgment
Defects as pointed out by the office are ignored.
The petitioner has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail, as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with Karra P. S. Case No. 59 of 2020.
A truck was intercepted and seized and on search bovine animals were found loaded.
The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of co-accused Firoj Ansari who is the owner of the truck. There does not seem to be
any other material which would indicate the complicity of the petitioner in the commission of the offence.
Regard being had to the above, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner, named above, is
directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and on such surrender, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail
bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st
Class, Khunti in connection with Karra P. S. Case No. 59 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal
Procedure.
This application stands allowed.
