ORAL ORDER

This Court vide order dated 29.10.2021, when a submission was made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he had given NOC to his client for engaging another counsel, the petitioner was permitted one more opportunity to engage the counsel.

Though the said order was passed on 29.10.2021, till date the petitioner has not made any arrangement to engage a new counsel. Hence, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter as the petitioner has not taken any steps from 2021 till 2026. Hence, the petition stands dismissed for non prosecution.
