In the present OA, the applicant has prayed for the following reliefs:-

“8(a) direct the respondents to regularize the applicant from the date the juniors has been regularized alongwith all consequential benefits.

(b) Award costs of the proceedings and

(c) Pass any other order/direction which this Hon’ble Tribunal deem fit and proper in favour of the applicant and against the respondents in the

facts and circumstances of the case.â€​

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that for redressal of his grievances, the applicant has preferred representation dated 21.12.2018

(Annexure A-1) and vide memorandum dated 28/29.01.2019 (Annexure A-2), the respondents have intimated the applicant that the applicant’s

said representation is under consideration in the Directorate General of Doordarshan and the applicant will be informed on the receipt of the

information from them.

The present MA has been filed seeking disposal of the present OA with direction to the respondents to finalise the case of the applicant keeping in

view their aforesaid memorandum dated 28/29.01.2019.

It is not in dispute that the applicant’s aforesaid representation is pending consideration by the respondents as evident from their memorandum

dated 28/29.01.2019, more than two years have passed.

In view of the aforesaid, the present OA is disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider the applicant’s aforesaid pending

representation and to dispose for the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible and in any case within eight weeks

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. The present MA also stands disposed of accordingly.
