The original petition is filed, to direct the Court of the Munsiff, North Paravur, to consider and dispose of I.A.No.1/2021 in O.S.No.524/2019 (Ext.P5) within a time frame.
Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 24.08.2022, the learned Munsiff, North Paravur, by communication dated 26.08.2022, has informed this Court that I.A.No.1/2021 has been filed on 12.10.2021. The respondents have filed their objections. The application stands posted to 22.09.2022. The court below would make every endeavour to dispose of the application within two months.
Heard; Sri. N.P.Silpa, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Sri. G.Hariharan and Sri. Sangeeth C. Subramanian, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
In the light of the pleadings and materials on record and after perusing the communication of the learned Munsiff, in exercise of the supervisory powers of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, I direct the Court of the Munsiff, North Paravur, to consider and dispose of I.A.No.1/2021 in O.S.No.524/2019, as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with law, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
The original petition is ordered accordingly.
