Judgment

Under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. the BLAPL has been filed by the petitioner in jail custody, in connection with Tamando P.S. Case No. 220 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 5667 of 2022 pending in the court of the learned SDJM, Bhubaneswar for alleged commissionof offence under Sections 417/419/420/467/468/471/120-B of IPC.
Since by earlier order dated 11.10.2023 in BLAPL No.12111 of 2022 filed by the petitioner was disposed of by this Bench which arises out of the self-same F.I.R., the present petition has been placed before this Bench for consideration of prayer for bail in terms of Standing Order No.2 of 2023 dated 21.05.2023.
Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has filed affidavit to seek indulgence of this Court as far as prayer for bail is concerned. Copy of the affidavit shall be served on the learned Addl. Govt. Advocate to enable him to obtain instruction.
