Judgment

. Under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. the BLAPL has been filed by the petitioner in jail custody in connection with Kharavelanagar P.S. Case No. 85 of 2023 corresponding to C.T. Case No. No.300 of 2023 pending in the court of the learned SDJM, Kharavelanagar for alleged commission of offence under Section 420 of the IPC.
Since the earlier BLAPL No.9415 of 2023 filed by the petitioner was rejected by this Bench by order dated 20.12.2023, the present petition has been placed before this Bench for consideration in terms of Standing Order No.2 of 2023 dated 21.05.2023.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that to seek indulgence of the Court as far as prayer for bail is concerned, affidavit on behalf of the petitioner through his brother is being filed today in Court, which shall be kept on record.
Scanned copy be updated. Copy of the affidavit shall be served on the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State to obtain instruction.
